I sat with Bufo and it is the first medicine that I have sat with. Nothing could’ve prepared me for my experience. It was beautiful and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. It was terrifying in the beginning but Najib was there and when I came back I looked over and Najib was sitting there with a smile and I was completely at peace.
