Was held in my first ever Bufo ceremony. I’m still integrating today. This was such a beautiful powerful experience. I felt so safe & held. I was able to voice any needs & immediately be supported. Najib went over everything in detail prior to ceremony so I felt very clear entering. Very grateful and will be returning again when called by the medicine.
