Going into it I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect; other than what was told to me by others I know that have done ayahuasca. With Marks guidance I was able to learn a lot about the medicine and once in the medicine I was able to learn more about myself. Before the ceremony he gives you a review of what to expect and how to surrender to the medicine and relax. He answers all questions you have leading up to ceremony, while you are there and afterwards. Once ceremony has concluded he does a full integration process with the group, where everyone explains what they experienced one by one and he breaks down each experiences so everyone will have a better understanding of their experience. Every ceremony I’ve done with Mark I have felt nothing but safe and loved. I only recommend Mark to anyone doing looking to do ayahuasca!
