A Transformative and Joyful Journey with Wayne at Atman Rising

I recently attended a retreat guided by Wayne, whose safe and sacred ceremony is called Atman Rising, and he came to Boise, Idaho to share his wisdom and guidance. It was one of the most profound and life-changing experiences I’ve ever had. Each ceremony was guided with such care, authenticity, and expertise that I felt completely safe and supported throughout the entire process.

Wayne began working with us days before the retreat, providing thoughtful pre-care and ensuring we understood what each medicine could do. He advised us to follow a specific dieta, which included avoiding processed foods, sugar, salt, alcohol, and red meat while focusing on simple, plant-based meals. This preparation helped purify our bodies and minds, making us more receptive to the medicines. We discussed intention setting in depth, which allowed me to approach the ceremonies with clarity and purpose. After each ceremony, Wayne facilitated integration sessions, helping us process and ground the experiences in meaningful ways.

My journey began with Huachuma (San Pedro), where I experienced one of the most beautiful and joyful healings. Grandpa Huachuma brought laughter, movement, and deep insights into my life. We danced together, and I explored myself in ways I never thought possible. Wayne’s guidance during this ceremony was exceptional—he joined us in the dance, encouraged our personal growth, and created a light-hearted yet deeply transformative atmosphere. His connection to the medicine was evident in every moment, making the experience even more powerful.

Following Huachuma, I participated in Kambo, where Wayne skillfully prepared and administered the medicine. Despite the intensity of the physical purging, his calming presence and attention to detail made the process feel safe and purposeful. I trusted his expertise completely, allowing the medicine to work deeply.

With Ayahuasca, the journey became more introspective and challenging, yet deeply meaningful. Wayne showed incredible care, ensuring the space was protected and that I felt seen and supported. His attention to everyone’s needs during the ceremony was remarkable. When I struggled to surrender fully, his guidance helped me stay grounded and open to the lessons Ayahuasca was teaching me.

Finally, my experience with Bufo was profoundly peaceful and joyful. Wayne’s preparation and presence made it possible for me to fully let go and immerse myself in the medicine’s wisdom. I felt immense love and support during this journey, both from the medicine and from Wayne’s nurturing care.
