I’ve been to two of Mark’s retreats (including one with his teacher, the maestro Gaspar) and both times I felt safe and well looked-after as the beautiful medicine did its work on me. I’ve sat with six shamans (including Mark and Gaspar), and I’ve had some shamans that I would not recommend to others, but Mark is amazing, knowledgeable, funny and all-around a gifted shaman, and his wife Chloe is awesome. The ceremony building is spacious and perfect, with dedicated men’s and women’s restrooms, and the country setting is peaceful and grounded. I had beautiful (although sometimes challenging, as always) journeys, and got so much out of it. I would recommend AyaAwaken to anyone interested in connecting with Mother Aya, and I look forward to going there again.
