I came to Lumiar with high hopes, and they were exceeded. This was my first time with the medicine and I’m grateful for the experience. I came after years of working with a therapist and wanting to expand my practice. I felt very supported in this journey, from a 1:1 call in advance, to an easy process to follow during the weekend, and then follow up afterwards. I was intimidated to take the medicine. The facilitator makes it approachable while making sure you have the personally best experience and get the most out of it. The insights I had were mind blowing and awe inspiring, beyond what I could imagine. I’m so glad I did it. There are so many things that need to happen to make it a good experience, the facilitators do it all. You just have to have the courage to do it!
