Church of Sacred Sacraments

The Church of Sacred Sacraments is an entheogenic church in Montana that describes its practice as Christian mysticism. Its sacraments are psilocybin and DMT.

Membership is free and starts with an application, and facilitation is open to active members. The church lists one-to-one psilocybin or DMT ceremonies with a consultation before and follow-up after, group ceremonies of six to twelve members with psilocybin or ayahuasca, small-group hikes with a microdose, and multi-day retreats with cabins at a partner retreat center. Integration workshops and fellowship circles are also offered.

For sacraments it does not work with, the church refers members to other facilitators it has vetted.
