Higher Ground

Higher Ground is a psychotherapy practice founded by Samantha Tramuta, LCSW, LAC, with offices in Woodbury and Westport, Connecticut. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is one of its main services, alongside EMDR, trauma therapy, couples and family therapy, and addiction and recovery work.

The ketamine work follows a set structure: preparation, guided dosing sessions with medical oversight, then integration sessions that follow each dose. The practice also runs an IV ketamine infusion studio, short intensive programs, psychedelic integration therapy and clinically led retreats.
