SoundEmbrace

SoundEmbrace is the sound healing practice of Danielle Hall, PhD, who plays crystal bowls, gongs and drums. Its public sound baths are hosted by local businesses. Alabama dates for autumn 2026 include sessions in downtown Birmingham, Anniston and Rainbow City, and some of them use zero-gravity reclining chairs instead of mats.

The practice also takes private bookings, runs an online membership with recorded sound sessions, and trains practitioners through its SoundEmbrace Institute certification course. Students from the course help lead some of the public sessions. SoundEmbrace also works in Atlanta and New York.
