The breathwork sessions are very powerful- for myself on a par with the medicine ceremony- they are conducted in a very safe and secure environment overseen by the facilitators who are very kind and loving- the virtual breathing ceremonies are valuable as well and you can personalize your environment that way. I definitely recommend the breath work sessions
I feel so lucky to have found Sacred PIllars and I recommend them to everyone drawn to doing this kind of work. I participated in a weekend retreat and Candi, Tiffany, and Linda worked together to create a beautiful, safe, love-filled space that allowed me to feel completely supported and able to open myself to the medicine in a deep way. The preparation sessions and materials were extremely helpful and every aspect of the weekend was thoughtfully planned and filled with love, community, and discovery. The plant medicine was powerful, and the other ceremonies and experiences made the retreat so much richer, allowing me/us to experience a sense of loving community and a way of feeling that will become a lighthouse for me going forward. I am excited to move into integrating the things I felt and learned with the support of the Sacred Pillars community and I can’t wait to work with them again.
I have participated in 3 ceremonies over the last year using psilocybin. All 3 were amazing experiences. Tiffany and Candi put great care in creating a safe setting for the journey and healing. They listen to your intention so they are able to facilitate a successful session. They work tirelessly during the ceremony to hold a safe space for your work.
What I love the most is that they emphasize that while the ceremony is important, the real work comes from the integration process. They offer a tremendous amount of support afterwards at no extra cost. This tells me that they truly interested in you healing and growth.
My journey was incredible. They were to find the exact right dosage to enable me to receive the message I needed. Not so deep that I struggled and fought the medicine but deep enough to bypass the Default Mode Network (ego) to be able to surrender and listen. It was beautiful and empowering. I highly recommend Two Pillars if you are called to do the work. You will get exactly what you need!

I went into the ceremony with not any expectations but felt safe and was allowed to experienced what I need to start my healing process.
I have been cut off from my own heart and healing as a survivor of rape and attempted homicide. The divine ceremony space created by Two Pillars allowed me to explore how to open up my heart and begin to heal my personal traumas, and release what is not mine. From the screening process to the ceremony and the integration ceremony the following day, the support provided was more than I could ever imagine. I will share my personal experience with friends and family and look forward to many more healing ceremonies.

This past weekend was my very first Plant Medicine Ceremony and it exceeded my expectations. The facilitators were “awake” healers, spirit- conscious and knowledgeable of both the medicines and use of energy clearing tools. I felt welcomed, supported and safe. I was guided through the experience and brought to the space where I could clearly see and then supported through the crossing over.
I will go again to Two Pillars.
I attended a ceremony this past weekend and it was an amazing experience. I feel so much lighter. I felt 0 safe and protected. I highly recommend attending one of their ceremonies. My first experience with Two Pillars Foundation blew past any expectation I held. The environment and setting created an amazing space to dive deep into the medicine. I constantly felt protected and cared for throughout my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed the therapeutic approach to the medicine and the continuous healing benefits after ceremony. Additionally, the group I was with felt like long lost friends who I had never met. The sitters are gracious and natural caretakers. The medicine they provide is very powerful and brings one to a point of seeing beyond the veil and past all illusions & limitations.
