I had been researching Aya for years but was intimidated by the travel and jungle commitment. Gaian Rhythm found me and I’m not exaggerating when I say these retreats are the best thing I have ever done for myself. Samhain 2024 was my 2nd retreat and was equally as powerful as the first. The facilitators are incredible and truly care about your well being and honor the medicine and process. I can’t recommend this group any more highly.
