Christy Doucette (Create Space)

Christy Doucette is a licensed professional counselor, yoga therapist and breathwork facilitator in the Charleston area, working under the name Create Space. She leads monthly group active breathwork workshops, mostly at Platform Studio in Mount Pleasant, with occasional sessions in downtown Charleston and outdoor evenings that pair a tea ceremony with breathwork.

Her one-to-one work covers counseling, outdoor walk-and-talk sessions and 90-minute somatic sessions, held outdoors in person or on Zoom. She also runs online somatic breathwork workshops and leads small retreats abroad, including one in Costa Rica in November 2026. New clients start with a short consultation call.
