Embodied Essence

Embodied Essence is a wellness practice in Lewes, Delaware, serving Rehoboth Beach and the rest of Sussex County. Its sound healing uses gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and chimes.

Group sound baths, a weekly restorative yoga class and yin yoga with sound are held at Dimitra Yoga, and the practice books private sessions at its own Lewes location or on Zoom. Breathwork, energy work, somatic bodywork and coaching are offered as well.

The site says sound healing is a complement to medical or psychological care and not a replacement for it. Classes are open to all experience levels.
