Golden Hour Healing is the sound healing practice of Alli, a certified sound healer who has worked in Charleston since 2020. She leads one-hour group sound bath meditations at The Well Studios in Charleston, using crystal bowls together with other instruments.
Some events pair the sound bath with another practitioner, such as Reiki with sound, or yin yoga and massage with sound. Private sessions for one person or a group can be booked through the site.
