LB Healing

LB Healing is the practice of Lauren, a Reiki practitioner and sound healer based in Durham, Connecticut. She offers one-to-one sessions at her studio combining Reiki, sound and ceremonial cacao, plus distance Reiki and virtual sessions.

Her group events run through the year at venues around central Connecticut: sound baths at The Red Barn in Durham, cacao ceremonies with oracle cards and guided meditation in Chester and Tolland, and free introductions to ceremonial cacao at public libraries. The calendar is kept up to date on her site.

The group events are small and open to newcomers. They lean towards relaxation and community over intensive ceremonial work.
