Padma Light (Kendall Lanning)

Padma Light is the sound practice of Kendall Lanning in Omaha, Nebraska. She works mainly with crystal singing bowls along with other instruments. She is also a child life specialist, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and breathwork facilitator, and has presented on sound with children at school mental health events.

She offers one-on-one and couples sessions that combine sound with Reiki and energy work, as well as group sound baths and sound sessions for private and corporate events. She also teaches a small-group sound training for practitioners.

Sessions are held at a shared wellness space in Omaha and are open to adults.
