Perfect Fifths Sound Healing

Perfect Fifths is the sound practice of Adrienne Smith, a sound practitioner and teacher in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She leads group sound baths in and around Santa Fe with crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes, and offers one-to-one sessions.

Her sessions center on rest and quiet attention. The work draws on meditation, music and contemplative practice and does not follow a particular tradition. She also teaches workshops around the Southwest and shares recordings for listening at home.
