Prajna O'Hara
About Us
Prajna O’Hara is a writer, Hakomi-trained therapist and curandera who leads small plant-spirit retreats in several countries. In Vermont she holds residential retreats at a private rural location in the woods, which participants are told about after they register.
Her pages name sacred tobacco as the main plant teacher. She trained through apprenticeships in the Shipibo tradition in Peru and with the Peruvian tobacco healer Ernesto Garcia. The Vermont retreats last several days, everyone stays for the whole retreat, and each includes optional ceremonies, guided meditation and nature walks.
New participants apply and have a short call with her first. Groups are kept small.
