Soul Light Medicine is a sound and Reiki practice in Union, New Jersey, run by Anita and Adriane, who perform together as The Gong Girls. Their work centres on gong sound baths, with chimes, singing bowls and flute, often combined with hands-off Reiki.
They hold sound bath workshops at yoga studios in Union County, such as Alluem Yoga in Cranford, and offer cacao ceremonies with sound using ceremonial-grade criollo cacao from Peru. They also bring pop-up sessions to venues around Union County and the New York City area, and Adriane has led online guided meditation series.
Sessions are open to beginners, couples and families.
