Spring Counseling (Diana Waddell, LCSW)

Spring Counseling is the therapy practice of Diana Waddell, a licensed clinical social worker in Anchorage, Alaska. She offers individual, couples and family therapy, and the practice runs therapy groups, one of them a psychedelic integration group.

The integration group is a closed, eight-month program that meets for two hours on a Saturday once a month. It is for adults working through past non-ordinary or psychedelic experiences, and uses somatic grounding, journaling prompts and sharing circles. Joining starts with a pre-screening call.

The group is open to adults living in Alaska or Washington and is not set up for people in crisis. Group sessions meet in Anchorage, and other services are offered by telehealth.
