The Jessica Tanselle

The Jessica Tanselle is the practice of Jessica Tanselle, a medium and ceremony facilitator in Louisville, Kentucky. She holds regular cacao ceremonies and breathwork sessions, most of them at Louisville yoga studios such as Yoga on Baxter and Flow Together.

The cacao ceremonies follow the seasons and the moon. Each pairs a cup of ceremonial cacao with breathwork, music and guided meditation, and participants may also choose hapé or blue lotus. Some ceremonies are held online.

She also runs weekend retreats. The September 2026 Fall Equinox retreat near Mammoth Cave was built around two mushroom ceremonies; the website gives no more detail on the sacrament. Reiki training, mediumship courses and private readings are offered as well.
