The Omaha Shaman

The Omaha Shaman offers shamanic sessions, group meditation and ceremonies in Omaha, Nebraska, in person and online.

Its sacred cacao ceremony is a 90-minute group session. It includes blessings, an introduction to how the cacao is prepared, guided meditation, sound and rhythmic breathwork. Other group offerings include sound baths and guided meditations, and private sessions can be booked as well.

Participants bring a mat, blankets or pillows. The practice also publishes a journal and runs a membership program.
