The Sound Healing Center of Lexington

The Sound Healing Center of Lexington is a sound healing studio in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. It holds weekly group sound baths in a large brick-walled room, with participants lying on mats.

The studio also hosts workshops with visiting practitioners, offers private sessions, and takes private group bookings it calls the Resonance Retreat. It runs mentorship and outreach programs and publishes a guide to Lexington’s spiritual community.

Walk-ins are accepted, though the studio asks people to book ahead.
