About Us
UNIUN
Guided by a belief in the healing union of science and mysticism, UNIUN offers psilocybin-assisted psychospiritual retreats that invite deep transformation. In our immersive retreats, we synthesize ancient, earth-based wisdom with modern insights, forming a unified vision of healing that nourishes the mind, the body, and the very essence of our being. At the heart of our mission is a celebration of the interconnectedness of all things: the dance between the known and the unknown, the seen and the unseen. We offer retreats located within decriminalized areas in the US, where participants embark on a journey of expanded states through the support of entheogenic mushrooms. Guided by experienced facilitators versed in the art of ceremony, psychotherapy, energy medicine, and bodywork, we create a safe and nurturing container for exploration and discovery.
A journey that is both shared and internal
At UNIUN, we embrace the power of community in our group retreats. We recognize that our collective journey is enriched by our diverse voices coming together, and that the support of the community strengthens our capacity for transformation. Yet, amidst our shared journey, we also honor the sacred sanctum of individual introspection—the deeply personal pilgrimage of the soul that unfolds within the depths of our hearts. Our retreats are structured to provide rich space for inner work, held within the unwavering communal embrace.
Inspiration from the mycelial network
In a landscape marked by rising rates of mental health issues and societal fractures, the emergence of state-sanctioned psilocybin service centers offers both promise and peril. This reality compels us at UNIUN to reflect on the urgent need for an alternative—a model that prioritizes depth, authenticity, and highly trained practitioners. We also honor the principle of reciprocity: UNIUN commits to giving back 5% of all profits to Chacruna’s Indigenous Reciprocity Initiative (IRI), a grassroots network of Indigenous community organizations fighting for land, water, food, culture, and sacred medicines.
