Very Well KC

Very Well KC is an integrative wellness centre in downtown Overland Park, open since 2020. Under one roof it houses practitioners in bodywork, chiropractic, acupuncture, talk therapy and Ayurveda, along with a class studio.

The studio schedule includes sound baths, yoga nidra, pranayama and somatic breathwork, meditation and several styles of yoga. Visiting sound healers lead sessions, and the Carried Sound Wednesday sound bath is held here. Workshops such as a sound and voice healing class appear on its events calendar.

It suits people who want a sound bath or breathwork class within a general wellness setting, rather than a dedicated ceremony space.
